>A comprehensive property-risk assessment is conducted to identify exposure to fire, flood, wind, explosion, and structural hazards. Based on site-specific vulnerabilities, the appropriate certified solutions are selected—such as FM 2510 flood systems, Quick-Fit flood doors, INCA firestop materials, S-5 wind clamps, seismic gas shutoff valves, or RSBP explosion suppression systems. Engineering review ensures all components meet FM/ATEX standards and match the building’s risk profile.
Step - 01
Engineers develop a mitigation layout integrating passive, active, and structural protection measures. This includes placement of firestops, explosion sensors, flood barriers, and wind-resistant fasteners. Systems are installed by trained technicians following FM-approved installation guidelines, ensuring watertight sealing, wind-uplift resistance, fire compartmentation, and automatic hazard isolation. Functional testing and commissioning validate system readiness.
Step - 02
Once operational, systems undergo routine inspection and performance verification. This includes testing seismic shutoff valves, verifying flood barrier seals, checking RSBP suppression readiness, and reviewing wind-clamp tension and alignment. Property owners receive a maintenance schedule and compliance documentation to ensure long-term reliability, insurance alignment, and regulatory adherence.
